Terms of Service
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Haulvisor platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Haulvisor ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Description of Service
Haulvisor is a route optimization and load analysis platform for owner-operators and independent trucking professionals. The Service provides:
- Route analysis and profitability calculations based on available load board data
- Multi-stop route planning and scheduling tools
- Earnings and cost-per-mile analytics
- Lane preference management and load notifications
Important: The Service is provided for informational and planning purposes only. We do not broker, dispatch, or arrange freight transportation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Service is intended for use by individuals and businesses in the United States.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account password and not share credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.
Subscription and Payment
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
Accuracy of Information
Notice: Financial calculations, route recommendations, and profit estimates are based on data inputs and algorithms that may not reflect actual market conditions, fuel prices, or carrier rates. All information is provided "as is" for reference purposes only.
You acknowledge that:
- Actual profits, costs, and earnings may differ materially from estimates provided
- Load availability and rates change frequently and may not be current
- Route calculations are approximations and do not account for all real-world variables
- You are solely responsible for verifying information before making business decisions
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, logos, and data compilations — are owned by Haulvisor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our Service.
Prohibited Uses
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service by automated means
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or otherwise interfere with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
- Use the Service to build a competing product
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Harris County, Texas.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Haulvisor collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
Account Information
- Name, email address, and password
- Business name, USDOT number (if provided), and home terminal location
- Payment and billing information (processed by third-party payment processors)
Usage Data
- Routes searched, filters applied, and features used
- Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
- Device information and unique identifiers
User-Provided Data
- Operating costs entered (fuel costs, fixed costs, etc.)
- Lane preferences and saved routes
- Any communications you send to us
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails and account notifications
- Send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
- Analyze usage patterns to improve features and performance
- Detect and prevent fraud and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage, and remember your preferences. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain functionality of the Service.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Disclaimer of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any financial projections, route analyses, or profit estimates will be accurate
- Load data, rates, or availability information will be current or complete
- The Service will meet your specific business requirements
Limitation of Liability
Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (A) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (B) one hundred dollars ($100.00).
No Dispatch or Brokerage Relationship
Key Point: Haulvisor is a software tool only. We are not a freight broker, dispatcher, carrier, or transportation intermediary. We do not arrange, facilitate, or guarantee any freight transaction.
We are not responsible for any loads, rates, contracts, or obligations arising between you and any shipper, broker, or other party. Any load decisions you make based on our Service are entirely at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haulvisor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you provide through the Service.
Force Majeure
Haulvisor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.

Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
The Service is intended for use by owner-operators, independent contractors, and small trucking businesses to plan routes and analyze load profitability. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Service to violate any federal, state, or local transportation regulations, including FMCSA regulations
- Entering false or misleading information to manipulate calculations
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Attempting to access other users' data or accounts
- Using the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
- Reproducing or distributing our route data or analytics without express written permission
- Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this Acceptable Use Policy. Actions may include removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
